About Our Publication

Center to Page, LLC (doing business as Tracking Wonder) builds business artists to do three things: master their field, shape their signature identity, and captivate their audiences. Our publication provides information via articles, links, information products, and other content to help you achieve these goals.

To access or use our publication, you must be 18 years or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using our publication or purchasing our services.

What You'll Get

By entering your email address anywhere on our publication, you are opting in for our dispatch, updates, and other marketing emails; however, you can unsubscribe at any time. Simply look for the "Manage Your Subscription" or "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email.

Cancellation and Refunds

Substack Subscriptions

For subscriptions to our Substack publication, cancellations are handled through Substack's platform. Subscribers can manage their subscriptions by clicking their profile picture, selecting "Settings," and then "Subscriptions" to cancel or modify their subscription. Refunds for Substack subscriptions are subject to Substack's refund policies.

Other Products and Services

For our other products and services that may be promoted through our Substack (such as courses, coaching, or digital downloads), if you are dissatisfied, please let us know by sending an email to Jeffrey@trackingwonder.com. These services are subject to cancellation policies as described on each service's sales page. If you are unsure whether a cancellation policy applies, please inquire by emailing us before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for digital products.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of our publication. In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In no event shall our cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the Service you have purchased from us, and if no purchase has been made by you, our cumulative liability to you shall not exceed $100.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of New York as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in New York. The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be Ulster County, New York.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy by mediation, which shall be conducted under the then current mediation procedures of The CPR Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution or any other procedure upon which the parties may agree.

If any legal action or arbitration proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding.
