Thank you. In winter we can see a distant mountain ridge that’s obscured by thick foliage in summer, so I try to appreciate it with my eyes often during the colder months. A seasonal view.

I have the same! During winter, I can see my Horizon Spot from the back sitting windows, but as of this week I will be walking more deliberately to a bench so I can see the mountain horizon better. Nature conceals; nature reveals.

It’s such a great invite and reminder to use the eyes to impact the brain. Although it has evolved, this was the original basis of EMDR. I’ve got a big week of writing and this beautiful post has me excited to find a horizon spot and try some of these sequences.
