This resonates: “the sacred is in the ordinary, that it is to be found in one’s daily life, in one’s neighbors, friends, and family, in one’s back yard.”

The weird and beautiful thing I’ve discovered from “peak” experiences (in music, in parallel processing) and also peak flow experiences— is not so much the experience itself… but the resonating afterglow that gives a buoyancy to your day/week/month.

Suddenly, the ordinary is quietly buzzing and singing with the extraordinary. Like everything has an extra frequency to it… and it lasts.

It’s like the flow experiences tune up the world a bit by turning up your senses. And what you previously considered ordinary and drab is actually quietly mind blowing… You’ve just shifted your perception in subtle and sustaining ways.

“Discipline isn’t about forcing yourself to do what you hate. It’s about building the SYSTEMS that make it easier to do what you love—on the days you don’t feel like it.” -TheEarthHeARTist

Integration from Unplugged + Unbound began today with time-blocking and Sunday Planning.

Today, I crafted my own definition of discipline!

“Discipline is the sacred structure that allows joy, flow, and purpose to flourish—by aligning your actions with your highest intentions, one moment at a time.”

Every Moment Provides Opportunities With Enduring Rewards! EMPOWER!

However, if you miss the moment, you miss the opportunity as well.

Thanks for an incredible event Jeffrey!

Bobby, I appreciate your take on discipline. It's an act of learning to follow that energy of devotion and genius. A disciple energy of sorts, isn't it?

Sacred structure, indeed. I really appreciate your framing.

Thanks for offering your verse and voice, Bobby!
