When I was a long-haired tow-headed boy of nine or ten years old, my father worked in sales and marketing at a thriving radio station (remember those?). Always-smiling, charismatic, easy-going, he was a guy that everyone seemed to like to be around. Maybe those qualities helped him excel at and love his work. Or maybe his love of his work helped him excel at it.
