Dear Reader:
Our pond is frozen solid. A layer of 13 inches of snow sits atop it.
What’s happening in this pond system reminds me of what happens in our mind’s systems.
Sometimes we appear frozen when
we’re excited about advancing multiple endeavors simultaneously but feel stalled in doing so with one of them or
we want to advance a particular idea or endeavor but seem to keep stalling or
we’ve clearly hit a wall with a problem, challenge, or constraint.
When you appear frozen or stuck, there are useful steps you can take to assess whether you’re really stuck or not, and there are specific ways you can help your creative mind reorganize itself with less of your conscious effort.
If you want a Shot of Wonder to help you and your mind “setttle” in helpful ways, check out this Shot of Wonder.
